I was just watching Joyce’s recording and I just wanted to initiate a discussion on the 70:20:10 framework that Joyce used in her slides.

Hi Maha, I can accept your point that people in themselves are not necessarily objective. However, I think we should stick to the evidence. There is plenty of evidence out there on how people learn either effectively or not effectively. I strongly believe we have a responsibility to apply this evidence in our designs.
