Interesting thought Maha. I’ve always designed for either learners or (more recently) for academics. Having been an academic and still being a learner I’ve found it possible to take the approach that I’m designing for myself. Now of course that’s simplistic but it provides, for me, a starting point where I can be both empathetic and a participant.
