      When I try to start a project I get the following error message: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. I also get the same message when I try to click on my account info.

      Hi Veronica

      Are you trying to come in through Chrome? if yes can I suggest you try firefox. Is it just these areas of the site you are having problems accessing? Will also escalate this to our melbourne team, but they wont be able to address it for another 5 hours.
